Rather than requiring prepaid banked hours or complex retainer contracts, time is tracked precisely as work is completed. You receive clear, itemized time logs with your invoice, giving you complete visibility into every task performed without any upfront commitments or hidden fees.

Engagement models are selected based on the predictability, timeline, and overall scale of your project brief:

• Flat-Rate / Fixed Scope: Best suited for well-defined end-to-end deliverables, such as complete brand identity systems, custom website layouts, or multi-page catalog publications. A fixed quote provides complete budget certainty and clearly defined milestone stages.
• Dedicated Day Sprints: Ideal for fast-paced projects or urgent deadlines (e.g., event campaign suites, pitch deck graphics, or rapid audits) where dedicated full-day focus is required.
• Standard Hourly Rates: Best for ongoing maintenance, minor iterative tweaks, design advice, or open-ended updates where requirements evolve over time.

A Dedicated Day Sprint is an intensive, day-rate booking where the studio focuses 100% of its attention solely on your project for a full day (or half-day block).

This format is ideal for tight deadlines, rapid brand audits, pitch deck visuals, event poster suites, or social media launch kits. Through real-time communication channels, we work through feedback loops rapidly to deliver complete, production-ready assets within 24–48 hours.

Every design engagement follows a structured 5-stage framework designed for clarity and efficiency:

1. Discovery & Scoping: We begin with a discovery call or detailed intake form to review your visual goals, target audience, technical requirements, and project timeline. You'll receive a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) and fixed quote.
2. Research & Visual Direction: Before executing designs, we establish visual benchmarks, moodboards, and structural wireframes to ensure complete alignment on vision and direction.
3. Conceptualization & Design Execution: Initial high-fidelity concepts are created (such as primary brand marks, packaging mockups, or UI screens) and presented with context.
4. Refinement & Feedback Loops: Projects include structured revision passes to fine-tune typography, layout grids, visual motifs, and color harmonies.
5. Master File Handover & Support: Upon final approval, all production assets, vector master files (AI, EPS, SVG), press-ready CMYK PDFs, and Figma design tokens are organized and delivered via secure cloud download.

Upon final project payment, full commercial copyright and ownership rights for all approved bespoke designs transfer directly to you.

Depending on the core service booked, technical deliverables include:
